About the programme
You can register for the Shiseido Club Ginza on our website or directly at the Shiseido stands in El Corte Inglés stores, where our beauty advisors will help you complete your account.
When you register for Club Shiseido Ginza, you start earning KIROS with every purchase. The KIROS you earn give you access to exclusive gifts, special benefits and unique experiences. As you earn more KIROS and move up through the tiers, you can enjoy increasingly exclusive advantages tailored to your membership level.
KIROS are the loyalty points of Club Shiseido Ginza. They are earned on Shiseido product purchases at El Corte Inglés, where our beauty advisors record your purchases so you can collect them and redeem them for exclusive gifts.
1 KIRO equals €1. Each product has a purchase value in euros, which converts directly into KIROS. For example, if you buy a €50 product, you will earn 50 KIROS in your account.
Yes. KIROS expire 13 months after the date your latest purchase is recorded. Each time you make a new purchase and new KIROS are added to your account, the validity period is renewed, so all the KIROS you have earned take a new expiry of 13 months from that latest recording date.
During that time, you can keep earning more KIROS or redeem them for the gifts and rewards available. If 13 months pass with no new purchase recorded and no redemption, the KIROS you have earned will expire and be lost.
Tiers and benefits
Club Shiseido Ginza has 4 membership tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers exclusive benefits and privileges, which increase as you progress through the programme.
Your tier is based on purchases made at El Corte Inglés over the last 13 months. If you reach the minimum amount required for a higher tier, you move up and the benefits of that tier are activated automatically. If your purchases in that period do not meet the minimum set for your current tier, you move down to the corresponding tier. You can check the minimum amount for each tier in the “Discover all the privileges” section.

Purchases and gift redemptions
You can earn KIROS and redeem them for gifts at El Corte Inglés. Shiseido beauty advisors record both the KIROS earned on your purchases and the redemptions you make.
Sign in to your member account and choose a reward from the Rewards page. You can also visit a participating Shiseido stand and a beauty advisor can help you request your gifts.
You can collect your gifts at the El Corte Inglés store you selected when you redeemed them. Redemptions can be managed on the Shiseido Club Ginza website or directly at an El Corte Inglés point of sale. Once the redemption is recorded, we will let you know when the gift has arrived at the chosen store and is ready for collection. Our beauty advisors will also be there to help you and answer any questions during the process.
No. To redeem a gift, you must have the number of KIROS required for that item. Each gift has a specific KIROS value, which you can see in the Shiseido Club Ginza gift catalogue.
If you have not yet earned the KIROS you need, you can keep adding KIROS with new Shiseido purchases at El Corte Inglés until you reach the required balance. Once you have enough KIROS, you can redeem them for the gift you prefer.

Yes. You can leave the Shiseido Club Ginza through the Contact page. The team will confirm the next steps and what happens to any unused KIROS.
No. Neither accounts nor Club Shiseido Ginza points and benefits can be shared or combined. Only the member who pays for the products can earn points and benefits. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and to refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information, including security details, is confidential and must not be shared with anyone else.
